Our houseboat villas feature all the comforts of home, including a full master bedroom with queen size bed, full galley (kitchen), living room with queen size sleeper sofa, vaulted ceilings with loft and twin beds, dining table, TV’s, outdoor patio…and yes, there is a full bathroom (head) with stand up shower. Plus you get to enjoy the all the amenities of our full service marina, freshwater pool, Tiki huts, fire pit and rental equipment.
One of our most unique features of “on the water living” – bring your boat and tie right up to your floating villa. Whether you come down by boat to marker 62 off the Intracoastal or trailer your boat and launch it at our boat ramp, it doesn’t get any more convenient than this. After a full day of fishing, skiing, diving, hanging out enjoying the Keys life, there’s no better way to enjoy your evening than watching the sun set off your floating balcony.
