Rack & Yard Storage

Effective April 1, 2017

All customers on Annual Lease on Auto Draft – $14.00/foot
Seasonal, four-month minimum on Auto Draft – $16.00/foot.
Monthly dry rack rate based on availability – $20.00/foot.
Boat stored on trailer in yard with ramp use – $250.00/month.
Trailer storage only – $125.00/month.

Boats on trailers come with unlimited ramp use for stored boat Rates based on measured length of boat, rounded up to the next highest foot. Marina still offers our rack customers to use wet slips based on availability at the following discounted rate of 50% on overnight wet slip rental! Dry rack customers that wish to use a wet slip overnight will be charged 1/2 our normal rate of $2.50/foot or $1.25/foot.

Rack Storage

Mangrove Marina has 86 racks that can accommodate boats from 20 feet to 40 feet in length. We provide unlimited boat launch services 7 day per week from the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM included in your monthly Marina fee. However, if you need launch service outside of these hours, just call ahead and we will launch your boat the day before and keep you in one of our many transient launch slips at no additional charge. And before you head out for a day of fun, fuel up on-site, get your ice, and visit the ship store for beer, wine, soda and water – just another added convenience for our guests. And finally, after each launch our service staff will wash down your boat and flush out your engine.

Mangrove Marina also has work racks in the yard for do-it-yourself work. During named storms Mangrove Marina will allow you to remove your boat from the water at no additional charge and/or be stored on one of our ground stands for a small on-site fee.

Mangrove Marina has a new 22 klbs Wiggins fork lift with extended forks that can accommodate the larger center console boats with triple engines.

Yard Storage

Mangrove Marina has a large yard for boat storage and work areas where we promote and encourage “do-it-yourself” services; which is very popular with our commercial customers. We also have service staff that is ready and on hand to perform a variety services at your convenience.

The Mangrove service staff can haul your boat with our travel lift, power wash the bottom in our wash-out basin, set you up on blocks in a working area with power and water at each work station. We have tarps, hoses, electric cords, and an onsite dumpster for all your needs.
