No snow? No problem! In the Florida Keys, we’re always ready to celebrate in style. Check out our Key Largo boat parade on December 9, 2023. Each year, dozens of boats compete for various titles, including the most colorful, the most original, and the most thematic, with this year’s theme being “Christmas Around the World.” Boats will line up by 6:30 p.m., and snacks and drinks will be available.
Islamorada’s Holiday Fest is another major attraction. This year’s Holiday Fest will take place on Friday, December 1, 2023, at Founders Park. The official holiday tree, which stands at an impressive 35 feet, will blow 30 tons of magical snow through its branches for guests to enjoy. After joining in the snowy fun, you can browse the Holiday Gift Bazaar to shop for the perfect handcrafted gifts for everyone on your list. At 7:30 p.m. the Holiday Parade begins with festive floats, antique cars, and finally, the jolly old elf himself: Santa!
