What are the office hours?

The office is open 8 AM – 5 PM, 7 days a week. Closed Christmas and New Year's Day.

What is the boat ramp fee?

The fee for using the private boat ramp is $50 one way.

What insurance is required for long-term stays?

We require $1 million liability insurance for long-term stays.

Are there restaurants nearby?

Yes, CVS, Winn Dixie, Dunkin Donuts, and various restaurants are within walking distance (approx. 1/2 mile).

Is the marina pet friendly?

Yes, we are pet friendly. Specific Aqua Villas are designated as dog-friendly.

What is the cancellation policy?

100% refund if cancelled 30 days prior; no refund if less than 30 days.

Can I swim in the marina?

No swimming is allowed in the marina basin for safety. We provide a waterfront heated/chilled pool for guests.

What are the slip technical specifications?

We accommodate vessels up to 70ft length, 24ft beam, and 5ft draft.

The houseboats have so much to them. Our grandchildren loved the roof top decks, as well as the lofts. The houseboats are extremely clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!
